Target day of Supply does not work within PP/DS Horizon

Hi All,

I have a issue against target day of supply within PP/DS horizon, hope someone can help me.

Background Setting up:

PP/DS horizon:150days

SNP Horizon: 150Days

Target day of supply : 65 Days;

Independent demand (Forecast): 1M / week;

When i run SAP_PP_002 PP/DS Heuristics, system works well at first a couple of weeks. But there are no PP/DS planned order at last 5 buckets which should be base the target days of supply.

If i manual create a huge demand, let's say  10 Million at end 1st June. The planned orders will be generated after run SAP_PP_002 heuristics.

The PP/DS standard heuristic SAP_PP_002 (Planning of Standard Lots) and the SNP heuristic take into account the target days' supply if you have selected the target stock level methodTarget Days' Supply from Product Master ('  '), Maximum from Maximum Stock Level/Target Days' Supply (5) or Total from Maximum Stock Level/Target Days' Supply (6).

Dependencies

The SNP optimizer ignores the target days' supply.
