Quality sample XML

Hi Gurus,

Two requests:

1. Does the reference document need to exist in SNC before quality notification is created successfully in SNC? (ref document = PO).

2. Would anyone be so kind and provide me a sample QualityIssueNotificationSUITENotification XML message for the Q8 notification?
