ATP activation of GATP in CRM not allowing change of replicated ECC Sales order

Based on SAP note 1601900,  system will not support to use ATP-APO check from CRM when the data exchange scenario A  activated(  In table SMOFPARSFA  ,

PARSFAKEY    CRMAPOATP

PARNAME      CRMAPOATP

PARVAL1      APO system Logical destination

PARVAL2      X=A )

Our requirement is to do  APO ATP check in CRM and then do confirm schedule lines in ECC sales order. Mean while we require to edit  the  ECC sales order after replicated from CRM to ECC .

For example  we require to update the following functions to do the executing the sales order with

Like update with Billing plan for downpayment , assigning the PS wbs element in sales order in ECC etc

Pls suggest your opinion on this.
