Cache and Security in S&OP

Hello Experts,

Quick question on cache and security....

We are noticing that any changes to user roles, visibility filters or KF descriptions don't reflect/ don't take effect  immediately in Web UI(Yes, even after clearing browser cache) or .xlsx plugin...It takes 2 to 3 hrs for changes to take effect..

Any one experienced this issue?..Thanks in advance for your help.
