Need FM's to activate ODL in APO

Hi ,

Can some one please provide me list of FM's to activate ODL in APO and the sequence. Currently my ODL lists status are in Import /Create . When i am using /SAPAPO/RII_BUCKET_ACTIVE, and other i am not able to activate. i am getting error "Status or object change of order due list ZODL_XXXX not allowed".
