Error during CDP class assignment for product XXX during PDS transfer to APO

Hi,

Few weeks back we added one APO releavant characteristics to batch class. Post that CDP class of type 400 is created in APO by CIF.

Now after this we are getting error error during CDP class assignment for component product during transfer of PDS for header material. Strange thing error is not coming for all products but only few. Error disappears if assign CDP class in APO product master manaully.

My question Why error is coming only for PDS using specific components and not all?  We assign same batch class to all components.
