TLB Usage for grouping Pur.Reqs. from ECC

Hi SAP APO Experts.

I'm wondering is it possible to use TLB for grouping PurReqs. from ECC Side into the TLB-Orders along with Deployment Stock Transfers?

So I mean to use TLB as a transport loading tool not only for a Deployment Data but also to use ECC as input for it.

Any suggestions regarding this?
