job BI_WRITE_PROT_TO_APPLLOG in SAP TM

According to sap note 769414 the job BI_WRITE_PROT_TO_APPLLOG have to be run only in SAP BW system

from sapnote :

The Lock Manager log is written in a batch process as of Support Package 23 for BW 3.0 and the

corresponding 3.1/3.5 Support Packages, and in all 7.X releases.

The report RSBATCH_WRITE_PROT_TO_APPLLOG is scheduled periodically to do this in your system every 5

minutes.

This is necessary because writing the logs would otherwise commit the first process (primary

connection), which makes a rollback impossible for a lock request that has NOT been granted.

Can we concluded  that  SAP TM doesn't require RSA1 and that this job have to be deleted from SAP TM , where the job is right now is

active.  If its doesn't make scene to run the job in SAP TM is  in this case wise to take the authorization for starting transaction RSA, since the job are activated once the transaction have been started.

Could you please advise.. thanks in advanced !

And last question what does they mean with the context ´´which makes a rollback impossible for a lock request that has NOT been granted´´
