Product heuristic or interactive planning not working

Hi,

For one of my product , the PPDS planning is not happening while executing product heuristic (SAP_PP_002).Even it is not working while doing manual planning.

Error: "Order not created for product XXXXX loc XXX date XXXXXXXX for qty XXXX".

Maintained PDS perfectly and resources are fine.

What could be the possible reason for this issue?

In logs, it is saying explosion failed and order not created.

Maintained explosion from PDS also in global settings.
