Transaction data not getting updated in APO

Hi,

We are having daily cif from ECC to APO and we are having active Integration Models for Master data and Transaction data.

But we are not getting POs and Preqs only for a particular plant combination and are failing in /SAPAPO/CQ as no active integration model exist.

Please suggest how to eliminate the error.
