We are integrating batches into APO. this is going to be a new functionality.
There are two areas for which I am trying to assess the impact for:
A. CIF:
What kind of load is created on CIF due to integration of batches? Are batches transferred real time from ECC or they are to be transferred periodically by activating the integration model for batches. Should batch and stock be a part of the same integration model or they have to be different?
B. Live cache/Data base sizing:
batches will be an additional data in APO. How should this be accounted for in order to assess the impact on live cache/data base sizing?
C. Deletion/deactivation of batches:
how can batches for which there is no inventory be removed from APO? What programs should be run in ECC to delete batches from APO?
