VL10 A -with ext TMS-relevant orders

Hello,

we have ECC and SAP TM installed. The sales order are transferred to TM.

in VL10A T code in ECC (for sales orders due for delivery ), in the "user role" tab, under data selection, we have an option "with ext.TMS-relevant orders" as shown below.

we want the option "with ext TMS-relevant orders " as in red below, to be default checked  whenever we  execute t code VL10 A. How to do this ?
