Hi All,
In the Transportation Cockpit, the user is trying to set a personalized view as a default view instead of the default view or the standard view available.
We have succeeded in changing the personalized view to the default view in the Quality system, but the user is unable to do so in the production system. We have tried the following procedure:
1) 'Remove' the check/tick mark on the Default view 'Display this view as open' and save it.
2) Again from Transportation Cockpit, select 'Personalize' button and then open 'Eric' and then check/tick 'Display this view as open' and save it.
Any idea why the same procedure is not working in the Production System.. if it is an authorization issue or a settings issue or some user issue...
