How to Display Short Text of 0FISCPER in Excel EPM Add-in?

Hi Experts,

I got an issue to Display Short Text of 0FISCPER in Excel EPM Add-in.

I would like to display Short Text of 0FISCPER which is MMM YYYY format in  Excel EPM Add-in.

I setup in BW, BEX and Excel add-in as below, but it seems EPM always ignore the setup in BEX and, only display medium text in EPM.

I did research online, but it seems what I did is correct way. Becasue for all the other dimensions in the same cube, it can display what text I want, jut except  Time Dim 0FISCPER.
