Forecast Error

Dear Experts,

I am getting below error while running the Univariate forecast.

"Negative values not allowed for key figure; value set to zero".

We are using the below parameters in the screen and we are using the SCM 5.10 version.

At the current sales figures, there is no way we can have negative value with this model.

Please help me on this.
