Hello all.
We are trying to use RBA + MTO scenario but we are facing a few issues.
The biggest is the pegging relationship.
During the RBA, when the SCM selects the new location. A new item is created.
All information and pegging are OK!.
The sales order is posted with 2 items. The first is the header, with configuration and etc. The second item have the confirmation.
If we change the planned order linked to the item 2 and run the ATP again. The RBA don't find this relationship(Because the RBA check the only the first item) and after this, we have 2 planned order in item 2(Surplus).
I tried the SAP support, but they reply our message saying: "RBA is not compatible with MTO".
My question are:
anyone use MTO and RBA? How to solve this problem?
Our scenario each sales order have one item(2 after the RBA), i'm thinking to try force the SCM to check the second item. Anyone imagine how to do this? What FM check the pegging relationship and decide to create new planner order or use the stock.
