Planning area activation error

Hi,

I could not activate SAP3 Planning area. I get this error message - E - Analytic view INVSAP3_ANALYTICVIEW creation failed with errors.

I have 2 more error messages in log which is not readable.

Below Prerequisites are maintained as well

1. Time profile is active
2. Master data is active
3. Planning level is active
4. Keyfigure is active & assigned to basic version

Please suggest.
