Modelling Furnace as Multi activity Resource in APO

Hi Experts,

I am trying to model Furnace as the Multi activity resource in PPDS and here are my requirements.

I want to use Volume as one dimension and time as the other dimension. I know, we can set Volume as a dimension in APO Resource master.

I need some guidance on how to setup the routing for this resource and how to make PPDS to schedule on these 2 dimensions Volume and Time.

For example, I have a material which has a volume of 1 FT3, and it has to be heated for 6 hrs on the furnace. The furnace has a capacity to handle maximum of 10 FT3 at a time. How to model this in the PDS?

Any pointers to model this requirement would be really appreciated.Thanks.
