Classification tab in MM03 for Scheduling process

Hi All,

My question is :-

We have classification tab under MM03 where we maintain the class and its characteristics. In our process we are using these characteristics in SAP APO scheduling process. We have a new requirement where we want to add some more characteristics in the existing class.

-- Under class we have characteristic groups . How to change the name of the existing characteristic group . CL30N is the right transaction for this ?

-- Any  reference or document to understand the scheduling process ?

-- Can can body explain me the process of kosher/halal/peanut free/gluten free/organic/Genetically modified products in  SAP APO scheduling process?
