I wants to create process chain to for backup data from planning area to backup cube

Hi Expert,

I need to create process chain to load data from planning area to backup cube.

Requirement-

1. Check number of request ids available in Core PA Recovery (ZREC_CUBE) cube, if there are more than 3 request ids then remove the oldest Request Id from Recovery cube.

2.Need to delete All PSA data

3. data need to load through multiple info pkgs

4.After cmpletion of PSA load execute DTP(Delta)

can any body provide step by step process to create this process chain.
