Dynamic Type conflict when calling /scmtms/cl_ui_navigation=>start_navigation

Hello Every one,

I have a list GUIBB with one of the columns showing BL's of type LINK TO ACTION.

My Requirement : On clicking on any BL ,  I need to open that particular BL for editing .

I have used the below code snippet as used in many of the standard programs.

But I am getting below Move_cast_error as shown in the below ST22 screen shot.

As this is  standard method, is there any NOTE available to over come this situation.

Please help.
