unable to create work order for subcontracting PO in SNC 7.13

Hi Experts,

We are trying to configure work order in SNC 7.13. We have done the basic configuration  but work order is not being created when subcontracting PO is received in SNC.

Also, the check against "Create WOs immediately upon PO receipt" is marked. Also if we try to create Wo using PO number by report /sca/wo_create we get an error "Technical error while reading work order data".

Requesting your help to understand the missing configuration and relevant settings.Thanks in advance.
