Help needed regarding Minimum Passing amount in Continuos IO peggng

Hi Team,

        In Continuous IO Pegging, I have defined a Minimum Passing Amount of 100. So, the Planned Orders created should have a minimum value of 100. But, the Planned Orders are created with a value<100.

Please let me know if there is any setting that is affecting my expected result.
