OSS note impamentation on S&OP on HANA

Hi Gurus,

We are on implementation phase of S&OP 3.0.2 on HANA (On-premise), There are some critical errors. For example planning area activation.

I found a note (2165310 - Activation of planning area failed) But i could not manage to load it to system.

Do you know how can i implement oss notes?
