Selection criterian is not working properly in SAP Event management

Hi Gurus,

In EM Web UI when I am selecting for particular shipment number in selection screen it is retrieving all records of all shipment numbers as shown below.

But I would like to see only record with shipment number 1075.

I  have configured selection profile & assigned to user profile correctly.Any Idea how to fix this issue?
