ASN status - GP-Goods Receipt Partial in SNC Web UI

Hi Team,

I have a scenario where GR is done for all the items in purchase order,but 1 of them didn't update in the SNC web UI.

So,GR is done for all but still the status of ASN is GP-Goods Receipt Partial instead of GC- Goods Receipt Complete.

I have checked that for 1 line item,GR qty in that ASN is 0 whereas GR was done for it.

Please tell me where the problem could be as Idoc was successful and there is no error in the XML message also.
