Std Function module to create Transfer order from TR

Hello Everyone,

We are using one of the function module L_TO_PREPARE_ITEM_INT to find the stock & convert it  into trasnfer order, the problem is that it does not pick up correct stock as per stock removal strategy. can anyone please help to know what and where is the wrong thing. Or is it that we need to another functiona module.

Ideally we expect it to work the way std sap transactions LT04, LB10, LB11, LB13 etc which can pick up the stock as per stock removal strategy.
