Setting DTOLL(Allowed Delayed Confirmation days) value during ATP simulation in GATP

Dear Experts,

During a ATP simulation call in APO via T.Code: /SAPAPO/AC04. I have a requirement to consider only on hand inventory and don't consider the future supply during the ATP simulation call.

We don't use Rules based ATP due to which the Customer exit: APORB001( Exit name: EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLATPR_002) and BADI: /SAPAPO/REQ was not getting triggered.

So kindly advise if there are any user exits or BADI's which i can use to set the value for DTOLL (Allowed Delayed Confirmation in Days) as 0 to make the ATP check consider only the on-hand inventory.
