Issue with copy planning function

Dear Expert,

I have a multiprovider, which have 3 cubes (plan,actual,archive). actual and archive are standard cube and plan cube is real time.

Now I am trying to copy data from actual cube to plan cube.

Filter restriction:

Infoprovider : actual and plan cube

Char1- restricted with some value.

Planing function :

Infoprovider is field to be change.

Char relationship:  Active

    with derivation - cheked

    Char rel type -  attribute

   char master data build basis -   char1

Now executing the planning sequence , it is executed successfully and show below message:

"4 records read, 0 generated, 0 changed, 0 deleted"

When I de-activate Char relationship and execute PS, data get generated with additional records, show message below:

"4 records read, 4 generated, 0 changed, 0 deleted"

Could you please suggest what is the issue.
