a)Currently we are planning to use colloboration panel so that events can be reported by carriers.In that case if carriers report event like POD , can you kindly inform if there are any additional settings to be maintained so that the actual event updation occurs in both EM web UI and TM documents.
b) Secondly in addition to carriers can we use this functionality to report events using CP if events like loading and unloading are being reported from various external sites where SAP application is not there. Once vehicle enters the site, loading process starts and then the loading event should be registered.In this cas eif its possible what roles should be created in transaction BP?
