BOP status

Hi,

I would like to understand difference between status U - update and X - update ended.

Whats the pre-requisite for the status getting changed from U to X?

And what are the reasons for the status not getting changed from U to X?

Also what is the table name where we can get session wise BOP status? Is it sapapo/tbparam ?

What is the best practice to manage the BOP update performance?
