expected event monitor deviation

Dear All,

                   I have an expected event of delivery date with tolerance of 24 hours and tolerace rule set as B set earliest and latest date.

                   I have two issues.

                      1)   The ee monitor report is running and setting the delivery status as overdue even if the expected delivery date is today. Ideally it should take a tolerance of 24 hour and should be overdue after 24 hours of expected date and time.

                       2) If the expected date is change to future , then i have rule to reset the overdue status.  Then i change the date back to today date , the expected event monitor is not picking as overdue . Is this the expected bahavior ?
