ODT30_INS Instruction tracking

Hello Gurus.

I've configured my TM9.1 EM9.0 system as described in Note 1976948.

Scenarios for ODT30_FU, ODT30_TO and RES30_RESOURCE work ok and create Event Handlers etc.

I'm having a problem with ODT30_INS Instruction tracking.  An EH is not created and there is nothing in SLG1  (there are lots of log entries for the other TM AOTs).

In the Forwarding Order I add an Instruction with a Due Date,Status=Pending and Instruction Type=Task.

I did th same for the Freight Unit.

Do you have any idea why ODT30_INS is not being triggered?
