In the production line, there are 2 bottleneck resource, 1 is SMD operation , the other is Insertion operation, as the BOM structure, after SMD procesing, the simi-FG will be procedured and place on shopflor to waiting for insertion process, due to the SMD technolgy controlling, the after SMD-Semi_FG should be used into Insertion operation within 7 Hours (Min) -24 Hours (Max) limited, also,
1: for insertion operation, there are 10 machinines with different type, and some product can be procedure in specific machines, like:
product A can be processed by 4 Machines M1,M2,M3,M4,
product B can be procedured on 5 machines M1, M2,M3, M4, M5
Product C can be procedured on 3 Machines M1, M2, M3.
---- Product D…. machines N…
If we like to speed up, then choose more machine to procedure the order.
2: for SMD opration, have same kind of SMD Machines assignment as insertion on different product also.
Now once planner got the customer order, and created production order, we will try to plan schedule production order with minumux machine , just order can be fulfill the order on time.
Current planning status
We do insertion operation by Alternative Mode in APO DSPB, then exported the planning result into Excel file, and manually adjust SMD operation to meeting the confirmed insertion schedule.
Now I want to try both bottlenecks operation schedule in DSPB, have functions:
Order operation insertion link with its own operation SMD, once insertion move forward/backward, SMD move forward/ward according, and showing the capacity untilization on both insertion & SMD resources.
