sorting of numeric fields in EM UI

Dear All ,

                      A SO header net value field has been defined as numeric in EM and map to EM UI . The issue is when we are sorting the same the sorting is done character wise in the UI instead of numeric value sorting.

                              Is this the expected behavior ?
