DP Key figure Selection Options

Hi,

In Excel you can set up a cell to be selected froma  dropdown with a list of options, is there anyway I can set up a key figure to be selected froma  list of dropdown options?

eg, my key figure is :Demand Confidence level.

I would like the user to be able to select one of these 3 categories:

1- 100%

2 - >75%

3 - <75%

How can I do this? all clever suggestions considered, even if I just ask the user to type in a value of 1, 2 or 3.. is there a way to have a key presented somewhere on the screen so they can see what each number refers to?
