Heuristics SAP_MULT_SCH is not working properly.

Hi,

I am trying to use heuristics SAP_MULT_SCH but it is not working if I use planning direction backward. It is working only if I select planning direction forward but I do not want forward as it should not delay orders

Below is situation there are two alternative resources. Two orders are scheduled in week and one order consumes 100% capacity wwhere as other order is causing overload there is capacity availble at required date on alternative resources but heuristics is not scheduling orders on alternative resources.

Any pointers to resolve this.?
