Our scenario is from A-B-C where i am getting forecast at A & B locations and manufacturing is at C location.
After doing all stock negations, system should produce 100 qty at location C. We are taking a SNP optimizer run with monthly bucket with low value dummy storage cost maintained at A,B &C. The SNP run is only for one month. We have also maintained variable single level costs in SNP PDS to enable selection of preferred mfg lines within a manufacturing location.
The resource is having available capacity.
But the optimizer is creating more than 100 qty.
Which cost parameter is influencing the optimizer to create more than 100 qty?
