I am having below gATP product allocation issue-

Suppose I am having a Sales order of 20 qty for Soldto1 then I want Sales order should check own allocated qty (10 qty in this case) then 1 level above as Cluster1 in this case and consume from there if any free allocated qty. So Sales order will pass allocation check and remaining allocated qty will be in Cluseter1 level as 10 and Soldto1 will be 0 and Soldto2 will be 10.
Please check the scenario and suggest.
