APO STR is created with blank source location

I am using APO 5.1.

In SNP, for a given product at locations A and B, I have a transport lane from B to A.

When I create a planned distribution receipt in SNP interactive planning at loc A, I expect an STR with loc B as the source.

But source is blank.

This seems wrong to me.

Can anyone advise?
