Error loading Actuals keyfigure data through HCI

Hi Experts,

While loading actuals keyfigures into S&OP system through HCI we encounter the following error.

"PERIODID is missing for the KEYFIGUREDATE provided".

"Master data does not exist in &1 for (ID,BATCH,FILENAME) &2".

The exact error message is as follows..

"43 records failed with error, PERIODID is missing for the KEYFIGUREDATE provided ; 51 records failed with error, Master data does not exist in &1 for (ID,BATCH,FILENAME) &2.

Please hlep with this issue.
