Unable to make a connection from Excel to S&OP

Positing this again ....can't find the previous post!

Hi Team,

I had to un-install my S&OP Excel add-in because I needed to install DP add-in to do some customer work.

I now uninstalled the DP add-in and installed the S&OP add-in SP1 patch3 from Service Market Place.

Install was successful and I can see the S&OP ribbon in Excel 2010

When I click on ‘Logon’ to establish a connection, nothing happens – no connection dialog box is displayed.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
