Can we release stock on hand from infoprovider to SNP using transaction code SAPAPO/Rel_To_SNP?

Can we release stock on hand from infoprovider to SNP using transaction code SAPAPO/Rel_To_SNP?  By using transaction code SAPAPO/Rel_To_SNP it is getting updated in keyfigure forecast not in other figures.This transaction code is only for forecast update in planning book.

iam trying to update stock on hand in key figure distribution receipt (Planned),can you guide how stock on hand can be updated using infoprovider.
