Ocean liner scope in SAP TM

Hi All,

I wanted to understand , how much SAP TM covers the ocean carrier business process. I understand that 8.0 and 8.1 is good for 3PL. but what about those ocean carrier who have thier own fleets and are running the services?

Also if someone can help on the configuration documentation available for SAP TM . i need some document with the screen shots.
