Automatic conversion of planned orders to production orders

Hi,

We are running SCM / APO with CTP and PP/DS and we keep getting unwanted production orders. Planning Procedure is set to ''3'' and every time there is a change on a delivery, the heuristic is running. The problem is that sometime the system convert planned orders at the same time. In our business, we are using //RRP7 to convert and nothing else.

Any idea why PP/DS is converting like this?
