Function Module/Report for forecast consumption

Hi All,

Is there any function module or program through which we can consume forecast based on custom logic.  THere is requirement to change forecast consumption interactively based on user provided date. We  want to force sales order consuming forecast in a bucket as a needed by user based on date provided by user.

Is there program /Function module to which we can  be used for consuming forecast based on custom date.
