i am not able to delete guid char container vales for block basis defination in live cache

i am not able to delete guid char container  vales for block basis defination in live cache

which are generated with user id and some string charcters

i also able to delete some extent by using program sapapo/om_LCcheck_eraser  where there was user id

But if there is no user id .how to delete that data
