S&OP constrained demand to be consumed by PPDS

Hi Experts,

We are running a scenario where S&OP's constrained demand will be transferred to PPDS for scheduling purposes and then to ECC for MRP. We have a S&OP on-premise system.

Will this integration require only data services or ABAP skills or both to push data into PPDS (livecache)?

Any guidance is highly appreciated.
