SNC - Populate Custom Table View with Data

Anyone here who have created a custom table view in web UI and populated it? 

These are my requirements for the Release Details (Supplier View):

1.  Create additional button in Schedule Lines tab.  When a SL is selected and the button was clicked, data will be fetched from ZTABLE.

2.  The data from the ZTABLE must be loaded in a custom table view (ALV).
