Duplicate blocks in APO Block Planning using PPDS

Hi All,

Generally block maintenance doesn't allow duplicate block numbers  - it errors out saying please enter unique number.

Recently we observed duplicate block.

Checked SAP note 624068 which looks similar to our issue. It suggest implementing SAP note 624323; but this is for older version; we are using APO 7.0 version.

We had to delete the block for the planning to happen properly. Any idea how we can prevent the duplicate block creation or what might have casued this issue.
